Licensed & insured. Founder, Steve Goolsby, started out in construction on a framing crew when he was 15 years and went on to become a builder in both residential & commercial construction for many years. He started inspecting houses in 1996 and after seeing a need in the industry for home inspectors w/ hands-on building experience started his business in 2000. Steve was also a featured inspector on the Clark Howard Show. Jonathan Goolsby is his son and co-owner. He started inspecting houses with his father at the age of 11 and has more than 20 years experience in inspecting homes.
